Return/Exchange Policy (Must Read):
Time Frame:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 07 (seven) days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Fees & Charges:
In case of Returns Or Cancellations, A cancellation fee of 2.5% OR Return Shipping Charges will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund.
WHAT’S ELIGIBLE FOR FREE EXCHANGE?
Since all the items are Handcrafted and Made to order by our skilled Artisans, we provide Product Refunds/Exchange only in case of Defects found in Product at first place at time of unpacking the product. Thus all requests shall be entertained Only with Video Proof without any pause or stop in between. And is advisable to always unpack and check the product thoroughly while taking video only. Following are the cases we accept :
Damaged – If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service from MushroomArte.com to fix the damage.
Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
Difference – If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
Missing – If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
Not Functional – It the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights and bulbs).
Shipping Time & Charges
We offer FREE shipping all over India on Prepaid orders. All our orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order via reputed private courier services such as FedEx, Bluedart, Xpressbees, GATI. The delivery time is between 5-7 business days depending on the location.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, We will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges
No matter how many pieces you order in One Shipment. There may be exceptions in Shipping Charges and Delivery time for People Living in J&K and North-East States which shall be conveyed to you before dispatch of Product.
