About Project
Our client, Scarellet Selvia , approached us to create a 3D design for her residential home. The main objective was to visualize the space and finalize the design concept before moving forward with construction.
One of the key challenges we faced was that no 2D floor plan or structural layout was available at the start of the project. To overcome this, our team took a creative and strategic approach — we began by preparing a few basic 2D layout options and conceptual 3D models based on the client’s preferences and requirements.
After reviewing and finalizing one of the proposed layouts, we developed a refined 2D floor plan and then proceeded to create a detailed 3D model showcasing materials, lighting, and interior setup.
This approach helped the client clearly visualize her future home and make confident design decisions before execution.
